We want you to feel confident in every treatment you receive at Refine. Because our services are medical in nature and results vary from person to person, here’s how refunds work.
Services Rendered Are Non-Refundable
Once a treatment has been performed, it cannot be refunded. This includes injectables, laser treatments, facials, and microneedling. Results can’t be guaranteed, since they depend on individual biology, skin, and how your body responds.
Prepaid Packages and Deposits
If you’ve prepaid for a package or series and are unable to complete it, any unused portion may be converted to a credit toward other services at Refine. Cash refunds are not available on unused sessions.
Retail Products
Unopened, unused skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a credit. Opened products cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.
Consultations
Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable, even if you decide not to move forward with treatment.
