Cancellation Policy Guidelines
- Feel free to just copy paste your own refund policy if you already have it somewhere, and we can format it.
- Clearly state your required notification timeframe to avoid penalties (e.g., 24 or 48 hours).
- Specify the exact fee or exact percentage charged for late cancellations versus complete no-shows.
- Provide clear instructions on how they are expected to cancel or reschedule (e.g., calling the clinic, via the Boulevard app, etc.).
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a $125 fee.
We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us honor our providers’ time and make room for other clients on our schedule.
