What's the difference between a membership and a package?
Memberships are ongoing monthly plans that build value over time, while packages are one-time prepaid credits toward a customized treatment plan — ideal if you prefer a single upfront investment.
Do my membership funds ever expire?
No, your membership funds never expire. Any unused balance stays available in your account for you to use whenever you’re ready, on any service or retail product at Refine.
What is the policy for early cancellation?
Early cancellation carries a $99 fee. If paid, you keep your banked funds as credit for future services; if unpaid, those funds are forfeited. We waive this fee for documented medical necessities or if you move 50+ miles away.
What happens if my automatic payment does not go through?
You have a 7-day grace period before a $25 late fee applies. To keep things fair, benefits pause after 14 days of non-payment, and the membership may be canceled after 30 days.
Can I pause my membership if I need a break?
You can pause your membership for up to three consecutive months per term for a $50 fee. Please note that this time does not add to your banked funds.
How and when will I be billed for my membership?
A credit card on file keeps your membership running smoothly with auto-billing. Your card will be automatically charged every 30 days from your initial enrollment date.
