Allyson is the first face you see when you walk into Refine, and she makes you feel welcome before you’ve even said hello. As our Client Experience Coordinator, she brings six years of administrative experience and a degree in Cultural Anthropology to how she takes care of people, which honestly makes so much sense once you get to know her.

We love how genuinely curious she is about people. She’s originally from Michigan, and that Midwest warmth comes through in everything she does, from the first phone call to the moment a client walks out the door feeling comfortable, confident, and cared for.

Outside of work, Allyson never turns down a chance to dance, and she’s always planning her next trip. She loves getting lost in a good book, exploring new places, and spending time with her family up in the mountains.

Seyrah is our resident “yes girl” when it comes to adventure. New hike? She’s in. Last-minute road trip? She’s already packed. That adventurous spirit comes through in her infectious smile too, the kind that makes you want to say yes right along with her.

She’s the oldest child in a large family, which tells you everything you need to know about how she takes care of people. With a background in client service, she builds real relationships with everyone she works with, and one of our favorite things about her is how she makes every single person feel like a priority.

Originally from Texas, Seyrah recently made Colorado home, and she’s taking full advantage of it. Whether she’s hiking, camping, or discovering somewhere new, she loves everything this state has to offer.

If you ask anyone who knows Maria, they’ll tell you the same thing: she’s the most driven, big-hearted person you’ll ever meet, and somehow she makes it look easy. She’ll be the first to tell you she didn’t come from the aesthetics world. Her path started in hospitality, where she spent 14 years building and expanding a restaurant group in Arizona into a $14M company, sharpening her eye for management, operations, and smart growth along the way. After moving to Colorado in 2016, she became an equity partner at a Denver-based CPA firm, guiding small and medium-sized businesses through tax planning and preparation, and she still owns a bookkeeping firm today, because slowing down has just never really been her thing.

When the opportunity came to take the helm of Refine, I watched Maria fall completely in love with it. Refine was built on Judy’s foundation of trust and exceptional care, and Maria believed in it the moment she walked through the door. She’s been so honored to carry that legacy forward. She holds onto the personalized, relationship-driven care already established here, while bringing her own vision for a more seamless, elevated client experience.

What I love most is how she’s built on that foundation to create the kind of place she’d want to walk into herself: never sold a treatment because it looked good or trendy, but truly seen, listened to, and guided toward what’s actually right for her. That same care shows up in the team she’s built around her. She’s surrounded herself with people who share her dedication to honesty, excellence, and genuine connection, and together they’ve built a practice known for exceptional customer service and some of the safest, most trusted care in Colorado Springs. I could not be prouder of her.

Karalyn is the steady hand working behind the scenes, keeping Refine running the way it’s supposed to. As our COO, she keeps the systems, structure, and people in motion so everything comes together seamlessly, and the rest of the team can focus on our clients.

Her background is in education, where she holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership. That world shaped how she leads: building clear systems, developing people, and creating structure that actually holds up under pressure. She brings all of that straight into how she runs operations at Refine, keeping the whole team moving in the same direction. Her real gift, though, is making people feel heard and understood. She has a deep sense of fairness, and her ability to problem solve is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. She makes hard things feel manageable, and honestly, I don’t know how we functioned before her.

Outside of work, Karalyn is mom to three amazing kids, which might explain how she keeps so many moving pieces organized at once. She loves a good podcast, coffee with a friend, and watching sports (and when we say sports, we mean all of them). She brings that same heart and energy to everything she does, including Refine.
